Spinning Flower!

This is my first spinner card. I made this in our SU club. I was happy to finally do this! The possibilities are endless for me now. I can imagine the fun I can have with this technique.

I cant wait to do another!

(I told ya I would sneak some cards in before May 1st!)

For this card we used SU DSP Berry Bliss. And we used the Window Word Punch, Flower Punch, And the Corner rounder(for the scallops). We used SU's Rhinestone brads.

Having Surgery soon!

Hey Everyone! Sorry I haven't post any new creations. I'm preparing for surgery on May 1st. Ive been focusing on loosing some weight. I lost 65 lb, And I have been having allot of leg n back issues. So I'm having all the extra taken off. So I've been trying to loose as much as i can before the surgery. I don't know about you guys, but for me to totally succeed in something i give it my all. So there has been no time for stamping. The Doc gave me 6 to 9 weeks recovery time, So I'm packing up all my Stamps and Inks and storing them in there cabinets. And in my Craft closet.
They will be missed!
I am looking forward to the NEW ME! And I'm sure ill be full of Stamping Inspirations by then! Ill come back With some Inky Fingers for sure!
Wish me luck! And Check back for updates! (Who knows I might be able to sneak in a card by May 1st)

Welcome Home To A Soldier

My neighbors husband has been deployed for 15 months. And he came home Sat. How Exciting for him & his Family. He is a Husband and Dad to 2 GREAT boys! My Son Andrew plays with his son Nate. We just met this family. And i can already tell its a beginning of a great friendship. This Family is so nice. Well I wanted to do something nice for Jennine. So i made her this card. And i had some little Diamond Support the troops Red White and Blue ornaments. They were from Target. Some of you may remember them. Well after Christmas they went on Clearance. And i bought a bunch! Being a military wife I knew they would ALWAYS come in Handy. Like now! What a great little gift to give a military wife. She can hang it in her kitchen some where of in her car from the review mirror (That's where i have mine) Or save it for the Christmas Tree. I hope she enjoys it! Most importantly I hope she ENJOYS having her Hubby home Safe! I'm sure she will.



For this card i used SU's Godspeed. I then Embossed the image in Silver on Black CS. Then i gently colored in the black area with Green and brown chalk. I used SU Corn punch, and Big Silver Brads and then tied a Yellow Ribbon around them. Hope you enjoy! TFL!

Little Box for a Friend

This is a little box that I made for Stamp Club. After a wonderful year our club has come to an end. I cant believe its been a year! For our homework we had to go back and pick out projects we made and make them our own. Well I made this little box, It was one of my fav things we did.

This box is the one we made earlier in the year.

For my new box I used SU's Little Pieces, Doodle This Flourish Stamp, And The scallop Circle Punch. I used SU's Chocolate Chip Ink and CS.

Crafty Calendar

I made this for SU Club Home work! I love this little calendar! Perfect for gifts for teachers and moms.

I used SU Paper Berry Bliss. A Flower brad from Target 1$ bin. And the Scallop SU Punch. Super Easy! And looks GREAT! I LOVE IT!

Spring Is in The Air!

Wow its been a busy one here. The weather in SC has been GREAT! So the kids and i are off to the park for the day. No Time for crafting today....(UUGH)! I do have some things im making for SU Home work. We have a SU Club and she gives us home work. And we have until the next month to finish. And we vote and win prizes! And i have some challenges to work on Monday!

Flowers & Flourishes (If You Could Just Keep one?)

Yay! I love Flourishes. And I love my Doodle This set. I always tell my craft girls, If They took all my stamps away, (and that would take a Uhaul *Chuckle*) And I could only keep 1. I would have to say it would be Doodle This! What Would be your set, If you could just keep one?

For this card I used my SU Sets Doodle This & Looks Like Spring. SU White Craft pad. Chocholate Chip Ink and CS. And SU CS Summer Sun. I used some white ribbon i got from Hobby Lobby. I love there 1/2 off sales! WOOHOO! And

My First Color Challenge! Opulence Pumpkin Celery

OMG! I love this! Its SO FUN! I would have never used these colors like this! These Challenges really get you using you Creative Juices! This is My First Color Challenge! And i think it went well! Please leave comments and LMK how you think i did!

For this card i used SU's Garden Collage.I used my Aqua pens with SU's Ink Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery,Pumpkin Pie, and Orchard Opulence. CS is the same. And i used some paper from SU's Designer Series Brocade Background. I stamped the image with Chocolate Chip.

The butter Fly you see is from K Co 3 D Embellishments. I added some glider with my SU's 2 Way glue pen!

Blue Roses

I have come to realise that i LOVE 2 step stamps. They put so much POP into a card. Especially when ya add a little glider. WOW BLING !POP!


I made this card with my Grandmother in mind. I haven't seen her in a year in a half. I am making it apoint to go visit this year.. She lives in Upstate NY. And the best time to go is Fall. The trees are VERY colorful. I wanted to use bright colors for this card Because my Gram has a Very Bright personality! I hope she loves this card and She knows how much I love her!

For this card I used a Stamp set from CTMH. Rose Garden.
For the inks SU's Buckaroo Blue, Bashful Blue, Old Olive And Summer Sun! The Papper is Summer sun, Whisper white and Old Olive.
I also added a little white glider with my SU's 2 way glue pen.

My First Challenge!

WoW! my first Challenge! My Best Friend Nikki, (You can visit her Blog: Military Wife Stamping Spot) Sent me a link to No Time To Stamp Challenge #23. She thought it was right up my alley. She was right! The Challenge was to use Flourishes. I LOVE Flourishes! I could Flourish all day long!

For this Card I used SU Sets Doodle This & Fabulous Flowers.
I Embossed my Big Fabulous Flower in Winter Wonderland. And Then I mixed Winter Wonderland and Copper Embossing powders together. It gave the Winter white the brownish copper effect i needed. I used SU's Chocolate Chip ink For all my stamping. I got this ribbon in the 1$ bin at Micheal's yesterday. I couldn't wait to use it! I based all my colors off this ribbon. I also used a pearl from my SU's Pretties Kit. I hope you like my first challenge! Please leave me a comment to LMK whatya think!

Fabulous Friend

OK SO! Ive been working allot this past winter. Now I'm a SAHM agian! And I'm catching up on all the Stamping Ive missed. While most of you have already got you kix on this set, Im just beginning! And BOY I LOVE IT! This is for my FABULOUS BEST FRIEND NIKKI! I know she will see this on here. But there is nothing like getting a card in the mail. And i Might have to add a surprise!

For this set I used the Emerging Color Technique. I got all my ideas from the tutorial on SCS.

I did change it up a bit to make it mine.

I used SU set called Fabulous, and these were my supplies:Dye ink (lighter and darker colored)(My Colors are Marigold Morning,Cool Caribbean,Cameo Coral, and Cranberry Crisp.

OK! So I gotta tell ya! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chipboard!

WOW! You can make so many diff things with this stuff! I love to emboss it.

But this was my first to cover it with paper. And I will be doing more of this. I can promise ya that! LOL
I'm sure there were things i could of done differently. But this is a start, I think I'm going to go back and paint the bottom. Please LMK what ya think. And TFL!

This was made with CHIPBOARD, The paper was from Magnolia. And i used little diamond stickers for some BLING! And the Flower was from the

1$ ben at Target. Its a brad. And i used 3D stickers to hold on my big D.

Treat Your Self This Valentines Day!

I love love love this set! But Most importantly i love what it stand for!
We all need to take time out every now n then and Treat ourselves to what we love! And I Love CUPCAKES! I hope you Enjoy and I hope you enjoyed You Valentines Day as much as i did!

For this card i used Treat Yourself SU, And SU Scallop punch and circle punch. Rose Red ink. And Pink Pearl ex for the frosting. And another 1$ brad from Target.
And Oh ye This is

a Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake mix and Betty Frosting. With a Heart shaped sweet tart on top. YUM!

Lovely As a Cherry Treee!

I made this card to send to my BEST Friend Nikki. Im sure she will see it here first. How tacky is that? But i know how hard it is for me to have time to get on here and post. With my 3yr old My days are BUSY! And then in the evening I have home work and dinner and playtime with the kids. Not to mention the time hubby wants. lol

Im sure all of you know! But here it is. Mt Cherry Trees! I hope she will enjoy!

I used Lovely As A Tree and SU's Berry bliss paper. And a Flower Brad I got at Targets 1$ ben! I used a Stipple Brush SU's Regal Rose for my trees. And I embossed a little of Maroon on the trees as well. I hope you enjoy! TFL

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy V Day everyone! I was making some cards when my NOW 9 year old came in. He wanted to make his teacher a Valentines Card. He did a GREAT job! Sad thing is he has been sick, and didnt make it to School today. I guess she will have a surprise for her tomorrow. He missed his party also. So we made cup cakes at home this evening. Here are some pics of our yummy treats! I just LOVE VALENTINES DAYS!

Happy 3rd Birthday Tyler! Tylers Birthday was Feb 9th. And he turned 3! We had 2 Birthdays in a row! Thats ALOT of cake. not to mention Valentines Cup Cakes! WOW!

Well Nikki Sent Ty a card also. I was able to salvage his. Here it is! We Just LOVE IT! Ty loves Dino Mania!

Happy 9th birthday Andrew! Feb 8th was my oldest sons birthday! My best friend Nikki sent him a Beautiful card. But its in his tresure box in his room. So i wasnt able to post it here like i wanted. But He says "thanks Nikki" He loves it!

Christmas 2007

Here are some pics of the boys over the holidays! We had a GREAT Christmas in our new home in SC. NaNa and Pop Pop came from Maryland, And we made Gingerbread houses and Na Na Baked LOTS of goodies. Lets do it again next year!
